We live in a crazy world.Businesses are in a mess,so inevitably people become a mess trying to do their best in this world.Rules vary dramatically between workplace to workplace and uncertainly reigns.
.The job market fluctuates so you never know where you are from one day to the next. It's a crazy world too where people treat each other badly without a thought and think its OK.That makes weak people weaker and the strong stronger.

M20, you brought up some interesting points. The world as we know it does seem to be a sort of crazy place to live. Business does often seem to be a mess and it does seem to follow that inevitably people in those messed-up businesses become messed up too. Uncertainty does seem to reign in most modern day places of work, also. The job market does seem to fluctuate so one never does seem to know where one is from one day to the next. It does seem a bit crazy for us to live in a world where some people treat other people badly without giving what they are doing to those people much thought and think that what they are doing is, okay, which, after all does seem to make the weak weaker and the strong stronger.
M20, I do believe that we do need to be a bit crazy ourselves to go on living in this world because I think that if we would spend any amount of our time thinking about how vulnerable and how precarious and how superficial and how ignorant and how frail we really are and if we would give a lot of our attention to how we are manipulated, and controlled, and brainwashed, and made to depend on other people and other environmental conditions and situations, and if we would give reasonable and logical thought to how insignificant we really are to this enormous world which spins awkwardly yet predictably through the cosmos not one of us would bother to get out of bed in the morning. Yes, we are more than a bit crazy when I think of it if we weren’t we would never do what ever it is we do each and every day. Or would we?
Businesses that are a mess will be found out eventually and will become extinct as a business for ever more and if you are a member of such a business you should revive your job resume and get a job else where and do it quickly. If on the other hand you are a mess and therefore you cause messes wherever you go, well, you better clean up your act because you too will eventually be found out and out the door you will go.
The job market has always been in constant fluctuation and that will never change. Jobs that were once needed are no longer in need and jobs once thought to be valued jobs become obsolete in tomorrow’s job market. That is human progress for you. You must be always ready to change your attitude and your outlook to best ready yourself for the next new job market demand and request and never allow yourself to be complacent nor become stagnant to future markets ever. Jobs are like people in that we are here today and gone tomorrow!
Treat people not as you would like them to treat you but treat them as you do already treat those people and those animals that you know in your heart love you very, very much! Do you think that you treat everyone that you come into contact with on the job, at play, on the street like you treat the person or the animal that you love best in this whole crazy world? Well, that is what we all have got to do if the world that we all believe is a bit crazy is ever going to change all that much or at the least that is what I believe needs to happen.
When a person treats another person badly doesn’t necessarily make that person that was treated badly weaker in all cases, often times, the opposite effect occurs and what eventually happens is that that weaker person becomes powerful and gets his or her own revenge some day. Also, a person that picks on the weak to make himself feel stronger is essentially a weak person himself because only a weak minded person would do such a dishonorable and therefore unworthy deed in the first place. Anyone can beat up a weaker opponent than himself or herself and since this truth is one of the truisms of our lives how can anybody think that in beating on the weak will somehow someway gain him or her long-lasting strength?
M20, personally, I think that the world is crazy and certainly everything on it is uncertain but it thinks me crazy and uncertain too so the world and I get along okay. I hope that this crazy uncertain world and you are getting along okay, too.
